A new 2016 Christmas rock song has been written, composed and after that recorded inside a Phuket recording studio in Thailand by songwriter ‘Mark Hopkins’ using the main goal of bringing awareness and contact with the Phuket Charities and Orphanages that Mark supports.
The songs name is: ‘I’m coming home for Christmas’ as well as the songs genre can be an unique up-tempo Rock/POP song. Mark wrote and semi recorded a demo guide of ‘I’m coming back home for Christmas’ in 2015 on Phuket and it has had the demo guide since then expecting this opportunity to record.
In August 2016 Mark started it process and used session musicians to record the song more than a 6 week period. The songs includes 8 separate tracks and session musician are from the Philippines, like the lead vocalist ‘Micah Javier’. Although ‘I’m Returning For Oriental Living was studio upon Phuket the mixing, engineering and mastering was over in the united states as a result of Mark wanted the most effective result and audio quality. The song is able to be listened to and downloaded by going to the Tsunami Day website.
The key goal of recording ‘I’m Returning home For Christmas’ is to bring as many folks to the ‘Tsunami Day’ website as you possibly can, then hopefully in-turn they will be kind enough to donate to 1 or each of the Phuket charities and also download the song.
One other primary goal is to find enough downloads of the song to invest in and hang up up Tsunami Phuket with open stage and recording / teaching studio on Phuket, that can offer free lessons and tuition to local underprivileged children through the local schools and orphanages. Currently ‘La QingTing’ just isn’t open yet but the website is below (QingTing means: ‘Dragon Fly’ in Chinese if you’re wondering)
About: Mark set-up the ‘Tsunami Day’ website to promote his song ‘Tsunami Day’ which has been inspired from their own personal experiences when i was surviving in Patong back in 2004 once the Tsunami hit Patong on boxing day. Like with ‘I’m Coming Home For Christmas’ the song ‘Tsunami Day’ also brought awareness to local Phuket Charities and children’s Orphanages. On the ‘Tsunami Day’ web there is certainly numerous methods to help such as a Phuket Hotels and cheap flights to Thailand and Asia booking system. Every penny helps.
Credits: Mark would like to thank his sponsors: ‘Michael Dietvorst’ ( One who owns Oriental Living, Phuket ), ‘Stuart Baker’ ( Managing Director of Food Hygiene Asia ), ‘Alan Cooke’ (MBE), ‘Adam Goodman’ ( General Manager of Two Chefs Restaurants on Phuket ) and ‘Cassius Rolfe-Johnson’ (CEO of Phuket Home Services).
