We understand that participants on the retreats their very own story and in a peaceful environment we can heal & recharge, moving forward which has a clear mind and open heart.

Yoga classes are taught by myself, Amber. I will show you through comfortable poses, breathing exercises, correcting the body alignment, chanting from the heart, chakra cleansing & meditation.
With years of experience being a massage & yoga therapist all night . the pleasure teaching classes at studios and retreat centres around the globe, connecting with folks from all different backgrounds and areas of life.
I had been honoured to turn into a qualified yoga instructor under the tutelage of Padma Nair “Padma Karma” a certified yoga school in India.
I’m able to guide all levels whether you’re not used to yoga or maybe more advanced and seeking to boost and boost your regular practice.

My partner Ivan will teach Qigong Meditation classes. Qigong is known as china way of yoga and uses slow graceful meditative movements to assist cultivate your Qi connecting with your universal elements. Ivan has a good amount of experience teaching at yoga weekend retreat & abroad and is also currently completing his training together with the Shiatsu College inside london within the tutelage of Annie Cryer & Cathryn Burnnet.

On your stick with us you will be served delicious nutritious vegetarian meals, fresh juices and smoothies.
As well as the daily Yoga and Qigong classes we offer raw food nutrition workshops where you can learn how to prepare easy and tasty recipes.

You’ll get the chance to participate in reiki healing as well as a selection of massage treatments.
