The late Egyptian scholar Mustafa Mahmoud said: “Darwin’s theory was able to justify the survival for the fittest however it failed straightaway to justify the survival of beauty”. Indeed, Darwin’s theory didn’t explain why we percieve a bit of beauty almost everywhere around us.
Is it possible that beauty is often a product of a mere chance? Should we anticipate seeing the composition of a beautiful painting by only throwing one palette randomly in mid-air? While i shop around me, I see the sky like a pallet of paint filled with color, gradient blue framing the morning clouds. Since the sun fails, I’m amazed by the streaks of golden sunshine with incredible richness of tones, orange, yellow, red, velvet, and grey, and they also all blend very well till they fade in the night. And when the night comes, I encounter another flavor of beauty; lovers sense it probably the most, once the sky hugs the moon along with the stars twinkle in the darkness. Maybe you have seen the dazzling attractiveness of a rainbow stretching its beautiful colors over the sky more than a meadow?
Certainly we have been given countless magnificent gifts! Waves scattered in the seashore, waterfalls, horses, peacocks, butterflies, roses, plants and trees in the wild fields, herds of colored fish swimming in the ocean, herds of birds stretching their wings and in the sky to say a couple of. Beauty extends out of all scenes we encounter to encompass every detail and meaning inside our lives. You’re feeling the wonder as soon as your new born baby holds your finger regarding his little hand, once you hear love whispers from your one you adore, when you pay attention to a bit of music that literally brings back all beautiful memories, you touch beauty in intangible concepts like nobility, sacrifice, justice, mercy, love and tenderness. Is it possible that religion that surrounds us is there by mere chance? And if it plausible that everything is beautiful by mere chance, then could chances happen daily for an incredible number of years? If To be sure with you that chances happen daily, every hour each second for an incredible number of years, is it feasible that our understanding of beauty is drilled into us by mere chance too?
