Some skin cleansers clean away your make-up but they are ridiculous-tough onto the skin. Some are kinder…but keep residue in the day time powering. And then, there is a sacred grail: micellar water.
The water-based facial cleanser was introduced by Jean-Noel Thorel, the French founding father of the skin care line Bioderma. Micellar water was created to cleanse and hydrate because the naturally hard tap water was too harsh on skin, leading to dry, dull complexions.
“Difficult touch water is arrested for a high quantity of dissolved nutrients,” affirms Julie Russak, MD, of Russak Dermatology Medical center in New york city. “These could modify the defensive barrier of the skin and in many cases degrade it, making pores and skin prone and susceptible to ecological damage and pollution.”
Who can use cleaning water?
Right now, micellar water is readily offered which is considered a hero item simply because it’s great for all kinds of skin, (even people that have vulnerable complexions endorse it). Which is a total game-changer, it’s also ideal for packing when you’re on-the-go because you can use it to remove wash and makeup your face without having to rinse it off.
