The official business “Everyday Deals” was started in 1998 by Chad Brown of Shakopee, Minnesota … When he registered the company name “Everyday Deals” through the Secretary of State in Minnesota. When he expanded to the net Everyday Deals created itself just one website store. Later after being contacted by many people vendors on the internet. Everyday Deals decided to turn the only store into a online mall that housed multiple vendors. Now Everyday Deals sells all kinds of products & services from A-Z. Mainly through catalogs, ads, classifieds, email, word of mouth, auctions, sale, online retailers, as well as in person.
On 04/25/1998 the word “Everyday Deals” was officially registered like a “Domain Name”. This domain location started hosting the site & store. This is when customers buy / sell great products, services & daily deals at incredibly affordable prices each day. 08/27/2007 Everyday Deals progressed and upgraded its business with a corporation with the condition of Minnesota. *04/01/2008 “Everyday Deals, Co.”. or Chad Brown was granted its first USTPO government registered trademark on its bestselling “brand name” products (#77188836).
Everyday Deals registered another trademark this time around with the state of Minnesota for that “word or phrase” “Everyday Deals” on 06/12/2008 (2891978-2) Then on 11/29/2009 Everyday Deals then was granted the trademark word or phrase “Everyday Deals” and the official business name “Everyday Deals” with the U.S. government. (#3688155) & (#3688130). Then on 10/15/2013 Everyday Deals, Co. signed paperwork in Minnesota to officially convert its long time business to some Limited Liability Corporation. Officially now registered as daily deals website, LLC …
