For quite some time I underwent challenging times and I became driven to discover that these particular things were happening to me.
This became one among my life’s greatest challenges. I was so stuck inside a victim mindset of why me, that I almost missed out on Life lessons and tests which were being presented before me. Little did I am aware, that I is at preparation for my advancement. In those days it felt like I was moving into hell. The perception I had of my experience then has not been great, I was more tightly focused inside the negative, filled with fear looking for a person or something like that responsible and be responsible.
Then one day I ran across that I has not been the only one experiencing challenging times, there where many others experiencing tough experiences too. Even though their experiences were a little different to mine, we were holding still being challenged for the core, and this provided comfort realizing that the cruel journey has not been exclusively for me. For that reason understanding I started to offer myself permission to result from the victim mindset which had me inside a mental prison for many years. The truth is people have to endure some challenging times at different periods in our lives and no-one can tell why we must have these experiences. This then makes us ask ourselves what we are capable of doing about this? Most of the people get stuck here, due to this question. You know yourself you do not can deal which basically is a recipe for mental bondage that results in the victim mindset.
That which you decide to do here will define the trail that you will follow. Lets take one example. Have you ever felt as you were a sufferer of the circumstance? Here are some that mindset is a spiralling down into negative emotions you’ll start to feel helpless, hopelessness and pretty quickly you are down inside the dumps? This is common to many of us, we have areas were we have been adamant that it’s beyond our understanding, so it will be easier for us to help make the assumption that it’s somebody’s fault, when you start to think this way it can make you lose your handle of what is going on. Once you get in this mind-set or belief it’s very challenging to come out of it, you will need something a lot more powerful mind-set so that you can be free.
At this point lots of people are asleep, so that they must wake up using their slumber. When you’re wake up something changes, you then become mindful of how you have been playing small , have become a sufferer. Once you are mindful of this you open a door for the perception to alter. The journey to become positive starts here and this experience is the thing that I call a shift into a new attitude. This transitioning time of transformation is normally slow but definitely worth the wait.
We all know that transitioning generally is a challenging time since you are focusing on letting go of the old so the new can emerge. Most of us find change very difficult to deal with as obviously we very often fight any change, because we want to sit and live in things that we have been knowledgeable about that is otherwise referred to as the comfortable zone. From the comfortable zone many of us we dwell there for days on end periods, what we don’t realise is always that change will probably happen anyway whether we accept it or fight it. So it will be usually good to go using the flow as an alternative to resisting and fighting. That you should accept the modification and stay in flow from it you need to have a confident thought of situations that you are going through.
The most challenging question a large number of people ask you are able to make sure? Generally we have been creatures of habit we find just changing another thing from our usual pattern rather painful however it is consistence, endurance, persistence, perseverance and patience that always brings ideal results.
